Lavender Orpingtons are a solid muted, violet or blue. ‘Lavender’ is also known as ‘self-blue’ Orpingtons tend to be very friendly and have a pet-like demeanor, they are a productive layer of Medium-Large brown eggs. Lavender Orpingtons, just like any other color are large curvy birds that often go broody.
